Booking Policy

  Each client is responsible for managing their appointment; changes to any appointment can be made 15 hours prior by logging into your account and clicking your profile icon on the top right. If you do not have an account you will need to make one. 
 
  Services are to be paid for in cash unless other arrangements have been made. Last minute cancellations will result in a fee which is the cost of the service being cancelled. 

  Please note all appointments are time sensitive;  you must notify me if you're going to be late as it might affect someone else's schedule. There is a grace period of 7 minutes anything beyond that there is a chance you may not be seen. 

  All appointments are subject to change, please be attentive to your email notifications and text reminders.   If you don't receive an email upon placing an appointment you did not fully complete the booking prompt. You can also check by logging into your profile.
